Google Sites - Mystery !!!!!!!!!!

I saw these sites are registered by google

http://console.google.com/ (It leads to the Working site which asks for username and password)

http://www.google.com/wallet ( i think it makes sense they registered for online payment just like paypal)

http://eval.google.com/ ( heard that google is using this site for human tweaking the web search and paying 10$-20$ per hour for each person hired through out the world)

http://kh.google.com/ (Archive Site for Google Images)

http://net.google.com/ (Getting Timed out error, it looks like they registered for providing free wireless internet throughout USA since they sponsored the company Feeva in Sanfransisco for this project and started already buying unknown used optic cables through out the USA.Feeva is providing Free Wireless Internet in Sanfransisco just like Philadelphia.It is time for Verizon,Comcast,SBC to look for other opportunities )

When you try to go the below sites , it is getting forwarded to the Google Account Home Page.(Strangely if you have logged in previously, it gets logged out automatically)

I really don't know what the real purposes of these sites... Only the Time can answer.
